Planned around your event
Good event security starts long before the gates open. We look at your site plan, expected attendance, entry points, ticketing and timings, then agree a deployment plan with you: where each officer is posted, who they report to and how incidents are escalated.
If your event has an event management plan or works with a safety advisory group, we work to it.
Licensed for the role
Contracted staff who guard property or people, or control entry, must hold an SIA licence. Our event security officers are SIA-licensed and vetted, and we supply stewards alongside them for crowd roles that do not need a licence, so your budget goes where it matters.
One team from setup to clear-down
We can protect your site and equipment overnight during the build, staff the gates and arena on the day, keep a response team free for incidents and stay on through the break. You get one point of contact for the whole event and a written incident report afterwards.

How far ahead should I book event security?
As early as you can, especially for summer weekends and large events. We will always tell you honestly whether we can cover your date.
Can you supply large teams?
Yes. Large manpower is one of our strengths. We scale from a handful of officers to large teams for major events, and we can supply stewards alongside SIA-licensed security.
Do you work with event organisers and promoters?
Yes. We work directly with organisers, promoters, venues and production companies, and as a subcontractor to other security companies.
What do your officers wear?
Smart, clearly identifiable uniform by default, or plain clothes where the event needs a lower profile. We agree this with you when you book.

It depends on attendance, the type of event, the site, whether alcohol is sold and what your risk assessment shows. We work through your numbers with you and recommend the right mix of SIA-licensed officers and stewards.
